Oleg Strelkov was born in 1960.

Mr. Strelkov graduated from the Moscow Aviation Institute with a specialization in “Design and Technology of Radioelectronic Equipment”.

From 1983 to 2006 Mr. Strelkov worked in senior positions in the leading organizations in the field of nuclear energy and industry of the Russian Federation.

In 2006 Mr. Strelkov entered upon a career in the Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent), heading the Analytical Division, and from 2007 – Department for Supervision and Control in the Sphere of Legal Protection and using of intellectual activity results. In 2009 Mr. Strelkov continued his career in the Federal Service for Intellectual Property as a Deputy Director General of Rospatent.

In 2011 Mr. Strelkov was appointed as Director of FIPS.

Mr. Strelkov was awarded a number of government awards for his significant contribution to the development of science and technology.

Ms. Kireeva organizes and coordinates the work of the following subdivisions of FIPS: IT Division, Division “All-Russian Patent and Technical Library”, Division for preparation and publication of official information, Department of industrial property economy and statistics, computer center, sector of research work organization.

Ms. Kireeva coordinates implementation of measures for research work organization and activities of scientific and technical council of FIPS and its sectors.

Mr. Zhuravlev organizes and coordinates the work of the following subdivisions of FIPS: Chemistry, Biotechnology and Medicine Division, Physics and Applied Mechanics Division, Division of Administrative Procedures for Patent Rights Subjects, Department of international Patent Cooperation, Department of Information Recourses, Classification Systems and Standards Development in the Sphere of Intellectual Property and Industrial Designs Department.
