Patent Legislation
Following the entry into force of the new IP legislation - Chapter IV of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the aim is to review current patent legislation in Russia and Europe (the European Patent Convention) identifying areas of difference and reviewing these with the aim to smooth the transition between IP regimes for IP business and trade.
