On April 26, 2023 as part of celebrations of the World IP day, the V International Conference "IP ERA: Intellectual Property in the Innovation Focused Economy" was held in Moscow at the Lomonosov Cluster. The event organized by the Federal Service for Intellectual Property with the support of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovative Development of Moscow.

The Conference was attended by the representatives of the government authorities, foreign IP offices, business, higher educational institutions and media.

During the five panel discussions the participants discussed strategical measures for increase of IP liquidity, including organizational, financial and economic tools for development of IP rights turnover, encouragement of technology transfer to industry, opportunities and prospects of IP-based loans in Russia as well as legal and practical aspects of IP protection and enforcement abroad and state support for the export activity of Russian companies.
