The event will take place virtually at 15.00 Moscow time on 16 February 2021.

The following issues will be discussed during the event:

1. Amendments to the Regulations under the Protocol Relating to the Madrid Agreement Concerning the International Registration of Marks that entered in force from February 2021:

• requirement to provide applicant’s e-mail, new types of rightsholders and representatives;

• relevant amendments to the Administrative Instruction;

• applicable general principles.

2. Summary of the discussions at the 18th session of the Working Group on the Madrid System.

The webinar is designed for the Russian-speaking users of the Madrid System and IP specialists who wish to learn about the latest legal developments in the Madrid system.
